2018 CSA Week 26 Recipes

It’s been raining cats and dogs the past few days and on top of covering and seeding our winter crops we’ve been moving the animals and separating the sheep and goats for breeding. Next year we’ll have more meat to offer along with all of our veggies. By March we should have plenty of pork to sell, and by next fall we should have grass fed lamb. Of course we will offer this to our csa members first. The weather is miserable so we recommend making the soup recipe below to keep you warm. The other recipes this week are delicous as well.
